Today I was playing
AOC happily enough. I logged off to do some other things and when I returned I get an error with the client loading. The fix for that error is this:
Apparently this is a know issue. The game can crap itself and goes into a tail spin that requires it to download a bloody 900 meg patch.
Fuck you Funcom, get your shit together, I am enjoying
AOC but your fucking dodgy client coding has a lot to be desired. Obviously you went to the EA school of programming as they are the only other company I have seen that has produced anything as dodgy as the
AOC client.
Thank god it is at least downloading at a decent rate and I have a 30 gig plan.
